You can cancel for a full refund before production starts. After production begins, correctly made personalized items cannot be returned for personal reasons. Contact us within 30 days after delivery about a quality issue or printing error. Confirmed defects, damage or our errors are resolved through an agreed remake, replacement or refund without requiring a return. There is no return-shipping or restocking fee. Contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel for a full refund before production begins. Changes need our written confirmation.
