This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, contact us or request our services.
Information we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. This can include names, design preferences, jersey numbers, measurements or artwork. Only share information you are authorized to provide, especially when preparing a team roster.
Our storefront is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and the services used to operate the website may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, page requests, and cookies or similar identifiers for website delivery, security and other purposes described in their notices and the available privacy controls.
When you place an order, we receive the contact, billing and shipping details, purchased items and personalization information needed to handle it. Payment providers process the payment information needed for the payment method you choose. We use order and payment-status records for fulfillment, support, refunds and recordkeeping.
Your local design brief
Our design tools can use local storage or session storage to retain selections on your device. Saving a design does not itself send an order or brief to JerseyArc. Selecting an artwork file in a browser tool does not upload the file; keep the original and follow our submission instructions.
You can remove saved selections or clear the site’s browser storage. Clearing storage may remove unsent work.
How we use information
We use information you send to answer questions, discuss a design request, provide support, maintain our records and protect against misuse. We may need to retain correspondence to resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.
If you later ask us to prepare or produce a design, the information needed for that request may need to be shared with the relevant service or production provider. We do not treat an artwork submission as permission to use your name, photograph or logo in public advertising.
Service providers and legal disclosures
Shopify provides the commerce platform, and Zoho handles support correspondence. Garment production partners in China receive the artwork and order information needed to make your jersey. Fulfillment and delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver it. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Cookies and privacy choices
Use the privacy controls offered on the website and in your browser to manage relevant cookies or choices. You can also visit Your privacy choices. Blocking cookies or clearing storage can affect saved briefs and other site functions.
Marketing and analytics settings depend on the services enabled for the store. Any additional tools and their consent requirements must be reflected in the website’s privacy controls and this notice when introduced.
Retention, security and your rights
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
