The terms for using JerseyArc’s website and ordering custom jerseys.
The website and its operator
JerseyArc is operated by Orvyn Studio Inc, a Wyoming corporation. We are an online-only business.

This address is for business correspondence. It is not a retail store, production facility or return destination. Contact us before sending a parcel.
These terms apply to use of the JerseyArc website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Orders and design approval
Review the product details, customization, quantities and delivery information before submitting an order. A saved design or an inquiry is not an accepted order or a reserved production slot.
We send a final design proof for every custom order. Production begins only after you explicitly approve it. The proof records the artwork and order details; it is not a physical garment sample. Keep your order correspondence and approved proof.
Designs, images and specifications
Product illustrations may use AI-generated design imagery. Such images are not photographs of physical samples. Names and numbers shown in examples are illustrative; the final approved proof records your customization.
Screens can show colors differently from printed fabric. This does not remove your rights if the delivered product materially differs from the agreed description. Classic and retro describe graphic styles on a V-neck top. JerseyArc is an independent brand, not an official team, league or licensed merchandise store.
Customer artwork and personal details
You must have the rights or permissions needed for artwork, logos, names and other content you ask us to use. Do not submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
You retain rights you hold in your submitted content. Sending an inquiry permits us to review it and respond to your request; it does not transfer ownership or grant a general advertising license. Any production use must be connected with the service you request.
Review spelling, numbers, artwork placement and garment information carefully. A correction to a local brief does not alter an accepted order.
Design approval and custom-order cancellations
We send a final proof for every custom order and begin production only after your explicit approval. Check all names, numbers, artwork positions, selected sizes and quantities. Silence is not approval.
If we receive a cancellation request before production starts, we will provide a full refund. After production begins, a correctly made personalized item is not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange for personal reasons. Faults, damage, our errors and applicable statutory rights are addressed separately in our Returns & cancellations policy, including the 30-calendar-day service window and refund initiation within 7 business days after approval.
Prices, delivery and returns
Review the total price, shipping charges and any applicable taxes or other charges before submitting payment. If you request a change to an order, we will explain any effect on price or timing before proceeding.
Our Shipping & delivery policy and Returns & cancellations policy explain the applicable delivery and after-sales terms. Do not rely on policies from an older brand or an unrelated website.
Website use and intellectual property
The JerseyArc name, site design and content are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the available planning tools for their intended purposes. You may not use the site to interfere with its security, impersonate others, distribute malware or misuse personal information.
Third-party names or links do not imply endorsement or an official relationship unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for checking the terms of services you choose to visit through external links.
Shopify and other services
JerseyArc uses Shopify to host its storefront. Your dealings concerning JerseyArc products and customer service are with Orvyn Studio Inc, not Shopify. Shopify and other providers have their own terms and privacy notices for the services they provide.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate and may correct errors or update content. Website access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. This does not remove obligations concerning an accepted order or remedies required by law.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
