Screen colors can differ from printed fabric; this does not remove your rights if the item materially differs from the agreed description.
Shipping and custom-order returns
Shipped from China. Standard shipping to eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States is free. Allow 7–10 business days for production after final proof approval and payment, plus 8–15 business days in transit; proof preparation and revisions are additional. Cancel before production starts for a full refund. Correctly made personalized items cannot be returned for personal reasons after production begins. Report a fault, damage or our error within 30 calendar days after delivery. Confirmed issues are resolved by an agreed remake, replacement or refund without requiring a return. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Statutory rights remain unaffected. See Returns & cancellations.

Can I order just one jersey?
Yes. You can order a single jersey top. Shorts, socks and accessories are not included.
How do I choose my size?
Compare the garment measurements with a jersey you already own. Use the size chart before ordering; do not rely only on your usual size label. Open the size guide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel for a full refund before production begins. Changes need our written confirmation. Correctly made personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind or an approved sizing or lettering error once production starts. Full cancellation and return terms.
What if there is a quality or printing problem?
Email support@jerseyarc.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Confirmed defects, damage or our errors are resolved through an agreed remake, replacement or refund, without requiring a return. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days.
